Purpose
A week that includes the period of the 3rd Okinawa Karate World Tournament. Its purpose is to spread Okinawa karate and promote international exchange — bringing practitioners from around the world to Okinawa, the birthplace of karate, to deepen exchange and to preserve, pass on and develop its techniques and spirit, as part of the tournament's efforts to foster exchange and liveliness.
